Post 2: You Are Not A Baby Buffalo

As the countdown for the beginning of the round ticks down, you ready your thumbs to press the right joystick down...your marathon perk enabled...you can taste that first blood....but instead you get to watch the replay of the first blood in a kill cam.  Now, you set your sights on the Payback, but it's like the guy new exactly what you had on your mind...a few more tries, and you're 1-4, rocking a 0.25 kill/death ratio.

The Mediocre Gamer has learned...
The shortest distance between two points is a line, and that line leads to your inevitable (and immediate) death.  At least until you can improve your reaction skills and your aim, high traffic areas = high deaths.   Mediocre gamer, consider the path less traveled.

Post 1: The Mediocre Gamer

72 kills, 7 deaths, two chopper gunners, 1 kennel of attack dogs unleashed.  If you're the average player, this sounds nothing like your typical game.  More than likely, you're on the poopy end of that stick.  Every death you can't help to get excited at the prospect of a new opportunity to get that payback kill, only to have the same result:  watching yourself in another killcam.
This blog is the story of the mediocre gamer, beyond the baby buffalo, but certainly no Wings of Redemption.  Perhaps you can empathize.  Perhaps you can laugh at the mediocre gamer, but statistically, odds are, you're more likely to be more like me than woodysgamertag.
I'm not a professional gamer, but I am a survivor.  I'll be posting critiques of my own games, including real tips & tricks that a mediocre gamer like you and I can put to immediate use.
